Dr Bertrand Gauffre

Population biologist interested in the response of biodiversity to anthropogenic disturbances in farmlands. He currently works in the ‘Conservation Biological Control’ team at INRA-PSH.

Dr Gauffre uses different approaches including empirical analyses and computer simulation in population genetics and landscape genetics and statistical modelling of ecological data. He was involved in a long-term survey of biodiversity in farmland landscapes for 6 years (LTER ZAPVDS) and in a BiodivERsA project involving several European countries (FARMLAND).
