Dr Thomas Delattre

National Institute for Researching Agriculture and Environment (INRAE)

Landscape ecologist in the ‘Conservation Biological Control’ team at INRA- PSH.

Dr Delattre is interested in the response of organism dispersal to changes in the structure and composition of agricultural landscapes. He uses Individual-Based Modelling and behavioural observations to predict the spread of beneficial and detrimental organisms at different scales. He was involved in the agricultural LTER ZAA, the Biodiversa project Woodnet on the contribution of European farmlands to habitat connectivity.

Increasing knowledge and finding solutions to the challenges of biodiversity loss alongside farmers, citizens, value chains, government policymakers and others. We're working to ensure that biodiversity sensitive farming is valued.
