Mrs Gerard's main tasks concern the i) financial, contractual and administrative support to the research teams (follow up of 30 projects in the ERIN Dept.), ii) project management: budget, deliverables, dash boarding, allocation of resources in coordination with the PIs; iii) participation as team member for the “Project Management” processes and of the “risk and compliance” project for project management, procurement and legal matters; iv) identification and analysis of national and international sources of funding; v) support to researchers for project proposal submission; vi) financial reporting according to the funding agencies and internal rules; vii) financial management of public and private research partnership; viii) evaluation of project
